At the University of Maastricht, I studied Work & Organizational Psychology and Legal Psychology and I worked as a student advisor at the faculty of psychology. After my studies I worked for more than three years at the consultancy firm Berenschot, specifically in the field of organizational design and performance management. I made a conscious move to TEN HAVE Change Management to delve into the subject of change management.
In addition to working with our clients on change, I am driven to advance the field of change management through research and publications. For example, I wrote articles about flat organizations and culture change. My publications can be found in our online publication bank.
