Rinske studied at the University of Groningen where she obtained her Bachelor’s in International and European Law. She graduated from the University of Amsterdam with a Master’s in Public Law with a specialization in Military Law. She completed the basic Change Management course at the VU University Amsterdam. At the start of her career, Rinske worked at the central government within the safety domain for a number of years. After that, she worked as a consultant at Deloitte for several years. Within Deloitte she has been involved in assessing, organizing and implementing both the “hard” and the “soft” side of “Risk and Compliance” programs at various large international institutions. Hereby, she focused on issues related to (organizational) design, culture and behavior.
Since 2018, Rinske has been working at TEN HAVE Change Management and she advises medium-sized and large companies and non-profit organizations on strategy and change management issues.
