Dagmar van der Heijde
Consultant
Since May 2025, I have been working with great enthusiasm as a consultant at TEN HAVE Change Management. With a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Psychology and a specialization in change management, I combine a strong academic foundation with broad practical experience at the intersection of behavior and organizational change. From this perspective, I am fascinated by the question of how people and organizations truly start to move.
My career began at Deloitte, where I worked on strategy development, led culture change initiatives, and supported digital transformations — including in more technical areas such as cybersecurity. The common thread throughout my work was achieving behavioral change: how do you ensure that people actually think and act differently? I further deepened this focus on behavior at De Nederlandsche Bank, where I contributed to various change challenges, such as improving the secure and reliable handling of information, developing and implementing strategies (including through OGSM), and guiding reorganizations and evaluations.
At TEN HAVE Change Management, we actively invest in the development of our disciplines, with a strong connection to the science of change management. This resonates deeply with me, especially in my role as guest lecturer in Change Management at the University of Amsterdam.
My approach is rooted in both expertise and practical experience. I have further specialized through the PROSCI certification and the Behavior Change Academy, with a focus on shaping effective change through behavioral science and social psychology. What characterizes me? A results-driven mindset, attention to quality, and a strong drive to contribute to meaningful impact.
I am energized by guiding teams, coaching professionals, and building organizations where well-being and performance go hand in hand. At TEN HAVE Change Management, I bring together my experience and conviction: that thoughtful, human-centered change truly makes the difference.
