At TEN HAVE Change Management as a consultant you advise (international) large and medium-sized organizations on complex change issues, both at board and leadership team levels. For example, you work with our clients on the preparation of a new strategy, the (re) design of the organizational structure. You may also guide them through mergers, re-organizations and the realization of behavioral change.
Our experienced and seasoned advisors work together with clients in a unique way on the design and implementation of impactful change processes. Based on our own clear vision of change management, we work as both the architect and director of change. We have a permanent drive to increase our knowledge of the profession. We do this by actively connecting science and practice, which is reflected in our strong relationship/partnership with the VU Amsterdam, among other things.
