After completing a three-month internship, I started working as an organizational consultant at TEN HAVE Change Management in December 2024.
My interest in change management began during my bachelor’s in Business Administration, where I wrote my thesis on the role of leadership in employees’ readiness for change. During this research, I discovered that organizational change is often experienced as elusive, which captured my attention. In my work as a facilitator during the implementation of a new IT system at the university, I also noticed a general lack of knowledge about organizational change. The curiosity this sparked led me to Amsterdam, where I pursued the Master’s program in Business Administration – Leadership & Change Management.
Choosing TEN HAVE Change Management was an easy decision for me. It stems from the high quality and integrity that all consultants consistently demonstrate and safeguard in their work. I am also drawn to the strong ties with academic institutions and the evidence-based approach that underpins the firm’s projects. The knowledge and expertise of the consultants make me proud to be part of the team at TEN HAVE Change Management.
