Jimmi Jansen

I have been working as a consultant at TEN HAVE Change Management since 2023. The ability to simultaneously facilitate growth, empower people, and contribute to the success of an organization is what energizes me and truly drives my dedication to this field.

At TEN HAVE Change Management I have the opportunity to advise a wide range of profit and non-profit companies on issues in the field of change management, relating to strategy, leadership, organizational structure, and behavior and culture. I am constantly challenged, which allows me to further specialize in the dynamic field of change management. This in turn drives my enthusiasm and dedication to the office, my colleagues, and our valued clients.

Before this, I studied Economics & Business Economics in Nijmegen. During my bachelor’s degree, I went to Canada for one semester to further broaden my economic knowledge at Western University in Toronto. I also did an internship at a consultancy firm that focused on guiding companies through digital transformations. I subsequently obtained my master’s degree in Economics of Competition and Regulation at Utrecht University.
