In 2025, I started as a consultant at TEN HAVE Change Management. What attracted me to TEN HAVE is our way of working, the evidence-based methodology, and the high quality of our solutions. This enables me to use the best tools to address organizational challenges and create real impact.

What I love about working as a consultant is the unique insight organizations offer when they invite you into their world. I’m always intrigued by the distinct ways organizations are structured and the context in which they operate. This allows me to quickly understand their challenges.

Before joining TEN HAVE Change Management, I worked across various sectors. I was a project manager in the IT and marketing industries, an analyst at a South Korean energy giant, a change manager at KLM, and a change management consultant at Yacht.
