Since May 2025, I have been working with great enthusiasm at TEN HAVE Change Management, where I combine my background in healthcare policy and organization with my experience in organizational development. During my academic career, I conducted research on topics such as leadership skills among surgical residents — a dynamic field where behavior and context continuously interact. Throughout my professional journey, I have held various roles in project management, leadership development, and behavioral change, always with a focus on creating sustainable impact.
What drives me is understanding human behavior within organizations and how that behavior shapes and directs change. After all, every organizational change requires different behavior — from both leaders and employees. I see that very complexity as an opportunity. Together with stakeholders, I enjoy uncovering the underlying patterns, motivations, and barriers, in order to develop tailored and effective interventions. No one-size-fits-all solutions, but custom approaches that truly resonate with the people involved.
My personal interest in (social) psychology helps me translate abstract insights into practical applications in everyday organizational contexts. Leadership is often the key: leaders’ behavior strongly influences the direction and pace of change. Whether it’s about developing a shared vision, strengthening ownership, or breaking through persistent patterns — I am committed to helping organizations understand, influence, and leverage behavior as a catalyst for change.
