Judith Stuijt

Since 2019, I have been working as a junior consultant at TEN HAVE Change Management. Before this, I studied Psychology at the University of Utrecht. During my bachelor I went to Australia for a semester and I did extra courses at Deakin University in Melbourne.

During my Master programme in Social, Health and Organizational Psychology at the University of Utrecht, I did an internship in the Behavior & Culture team within the Financial Markets Authority. During this period, I researched the relationship between rewarding and valuing (harmful) behavior of employees at banks and financial service providers. This internship increased my interest in leadership, behavior and culture and working on changes within organizations. Based on my interest in these topics and the consultancy field, I chose to work at TEN HAVE Change Management.
