Since 2013, I work as a consultant at TEN HAVE Change Management. I studied Higher Hotel Management at the Christelijke Hogeschool Noord-Nederland and Business Administration at the Erasmus University Rotterdam. There, I also obtained a Master’s in Management of Change. After this study, I worked as an organization consultant in healthcare at Twynstra Gudde for seven years. During this period, I was a member and chairman of the Works Council based on my motivation to contribute to the effective management of the organization. In 2018, I also obtained an Executive Master’s in Management Consulting at the VU.
Based on a conscious choice for change management, I started working at TEN HAVE Change Management, where I actively can further develop this field together with the office. In recent years, I have worked for various profit and non-profit clients on change, design, management and development issues.
I also contribute to research and publications. I am co-author of the book VeranderCanvas, published in 2018 – systematically from idea to approach. My publications can be found in our online publication bank.
