Marijn Meure

In 2025, I started working as a consultant at TEN HAVE Change Management. I have an academic background in business studies from the University of Groningen. Building on a broad bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, I completed two master’s programs: Strategic Innovation Management and Marketing Management. After these studies, I gained experience at Magnus Energy, where I worked as a project manager on complex and innovative projects in the European energy transition. During my time as a student, I also gained experience at RTL, ING, and as a board member of a student association.

Through these experiences, my interest grew in how organizations can change in a sustainable and effective way. The scientific foundation from which TEN HAVE Change Management operates provides me with a strong basis to support organizations in this process. It is inspiring to be part of a firm that continuously advances and develops the field of change management.

What fascinates me is that every organization is unique, and therefore no change initiative is ever the same. My approach is personal and focused on understanding both the people and the context of an organization. By working in this way, I aim to support organizations as effectively as possible in their change challenges.
