Marlies Slingerland

I have been working at TEN HAVE Change Management since 2022. I am not unfamiliar with the consultancy world, as I have enjoyed working at the management consultancy firm Berenschot over the past four years on assignments for various profit and non-profit clients in the field of change, leadership, team development and executive search.

Future-proof organizations and the associated changes have always been of interest to me. It was a logical choice for me to work as a consultant at TEN HAVE Change Management. I have a background in HR and Business Administration and completed a master’s degree in Policy, Communication and Organization in 2018 with a specialization in advice and change management at the Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam.

As a person, I am curious about organizations and the people who make a difference within them. Every organization is unique and has its own behaviors, patterns and challenges. I pay attention to preserving that which is already going well within an organization while looking ahead and helping the organization remain future-proof. My approach is typically characterized as open-minded, inquisitive, critical, warm, involved, and above all from a place of genuine interest.
