Noah Westerlaken

I have been working as an organizational consultant at TEN HAVE Change Management since September 2023. My main interest lies in the crossover where people and organizational development come together, a combination that is essential in complex change processes. From a people and results-oriented point of view, I contribute to achieving sustainable change in the areas of strategy, organizational structure, behavior and culture.

At TEN HAVE Change Management, two worlds come together: the practice of change management and science. Using an evidence-based approach, together with my colleagues, I advise various profit and non-profit clients from various sectors in the field of change management. I do this with great pleasure, energy and dedication!

Before I started working in the consultancy field, I completed my bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Leiden University in 2022. I then obtained a master’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in leadership and change management from the Vrije Universiteit of Amsterdam in 2023.
