Susanne Overbeek

I obtained my bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from the University of Utrecht with a minor in Public Administration and Organizational Science and a minor in Work and Organizational Psychology. Subsequently, I graduated from the VU University of Amsterdam in the master Policy, Communication and Organization with a specialization in Advice and Change. 

In 2016 I started my career at Frisse Blikken. Within Frisse Blikken I have mostly been involved in projects that are at the intersection of organizational change and development. I have mainly focused on the design and implementation of development and leadership programs with the aim of accelerating organizational change. I have gained this experience within various profit and non-profit organizations. 

Inspired by the ambition to further broaden and deepen my knowledge and experience in the field of change management, I made the switch to TEN HAVE Change Management. Currently, I work with great pleasure and energy on complex change management issues. My work for organizations is characterized by a strong ability to observe combined with a deep-rooted focus on results. Clients describe me as an accessible and relaxed professional who knows how to get things done.
